Dickson Tweetian updated to v1.3.0 Symbian^3

Tweetian is a feature-rich Twitter app for Symbian and MeeGo Harmattan, developed using Qt/QML. With the intense use of Qt Quick Component, Tweetian comes with a fluid & native UI.
